Dining at Epicurus
We start with what you already know - a flavour, a dish, an ingredient, something with a clear place in your memory. Then we extend it. Technique and creativity applied with intention, until the familiar becomes reimagined.
Bold where it needs to be, comfortable where it should be - never complicated for its own sake. The wine list and cocktail programme move with the food, not around it.
Come for dinner alone, or let the evening carry you further - before or after the jazz, to the bar, to late night.
You just have to show up.

Seasonal Menus
The menu follows the season - not as a concept, but because it simply tastes better that way. Xavier Fays works closely with the people who grow and raise what lands on your plate. Nordic ingredients, French technique, and a quiet respect for what is already good.
His path through some of Europe's finest kitchens - from Anne-Sophie Pic and Clare Smyth to Geranium in Copenhagen - left him with a precise sense of when to act and when to leave well alone. At Epicurus, that instinct has a clear direction: take what you recognise, and reimagine it.
Like the music downstairs, the menu follows the same principle - start with what people know, and extend it. A clear reference point, taken one step further.
