General terms and conditions

  • Your additional a la carte add-ons will be charged separately on-site. 
  • Please notify us during the booking process of any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.
  • All prices include tax, service and ticketing fee unless otherwise noted. Company cards issued within or outside the EU/EEA as well as private payment cards issued outside the EU/EEA are subject to a fee, which will appear on your receipt. The fee rate will depend on the type of payment card and where it is issued. For American Express, a fee applies to all transactions.
  • Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However,  tickets are changeable but subject to the following advance notices, and pending availability of your new desired date and/or seating: 
    • 2 weeks for parties of up to 6 guests 
    • 4 weeks for parties between 7-12 guests 
    • 8 weeks for parties above 12 guests
