At Epicurus, mixology is more than a craft—it is an art form, designed to complement both the rhythm of live jazz and the refined flavors of our cuisine. Rooted in seasonality and precision, to capture the essence of Denmark. Each drink will blend vibrant produce sourced from farms and foragers with curated teas and aromatic spices used to compliment.
Rather than categorizing by spirit, our cocktails are defined by their sensory experience—each creation built around two to three distinctive flavor pillars. The result is a collection of drinks that are layered yet seamless, complex yet effortless. Slightly drier than conventional cocktails, with an alcohol content of 12–18%, so as to compliment the food.
Behind the scenes, meticulous preparation ensures that each cocktail is executed with precision and elegance, allowing for a seamless flow of service that never disrupts the music. Every sip is a reflection of the Epicurus philosophy.
