We begin with what you already know - a flavour, a dish, an ingredient with a clear reference point. Then we extend it. Technique and creativity applied with intention, until the familiar becomes reimagined.
Dishes are composed with confidence and balance. Bold in flavour, generous in spirit - food that feels good to eat. Our extensive wine list and cocktail programme are built to move with the food, never as an afterthought.
Come for dinner alone, or let the evening take you further - before or after the jazz, to the bar, to late night. You just have to show up.

Seasonal Menus
The menu moves with the season. Led by Head Chef Xavier Fays, the kitchen starts from familiarity - a flavour you recognise - and lifts it through quality produce, technique, and intention. Close relationships with suppliers mean every dish is grounded in something real.
Xavier's path through the grand kitchens of Europe - from Anne-Sophie Pic and Clare Smyth to Geranium in Copenhagen - shaped a kitchen instinct built on clarity and craft. At Epicurus, that translates simply: take what guests already know, and make it more considered.
Like the music downstairs, the menu has a clear reference point. Then it is reimagined, one step further.
