The Epicurus Dining Experience

At Epicurus, dining, jazz, and cocktails come together to create a multisensory experience—a space where great food, live music, and thoughtful drinks are in perfect harmony. Inspired by Epicurean philosophy, our approach is rooted in pleasure, quality, and artistic expression.

Our cuisine blends French and Nordic traditions with a modern and approachable style. Each dish is carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients from the Dragsholm Slot region, especially the fertile lands of Lammefjorden. The menu focuses on balance and purity, offering fresh, honest flavors that invite connection and enjoyment. Set in an intimate, vibrant setting, Epicurus also offers a selection of cocktails crafted to pair naturally with both the food and the rhythm of the music. Every sip, every note, and every bite is a reminder to enjoy the moment—a relaxed and memorable experience.

Welcome to Epicurus, where fine food meets the soul of jazz.

Seasonal Menus

Celebrate the season’s finest ingredients with a dining experience that’s both refined and inviting. Whether you choose the Tasting Menu, the Signature Menu, or explore the à la carte options, each dish is crafted to highlight natural flavors and flow effortlessly from one course to the next—from delicate seafood to rich, savory meats. Choose the wine pairing to elevate the experience, with selections carefully chosen to complement the depth and character of each plate. It’s a meal designed with intention—balanced, flavorful, and memorable.

Our kitchen is led by Head Chef Oliver Bergholt, whose culinary approach is rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and precision. With a background at renowned restaurants including Uformel , Restaurant Copenhague, and Bazaar, Oliver brings a depth of experience and a sharp eye for detail.

“We let the ingredients guide us. The goal is to create something expressive, honest, and deeply connected to the season.”

Each menu reflects Oliver’s craftsmanship and his close relationships with local producers—resulting in dishes that are both elevated and grounded in nature.
