At the heart of the evening is Shelby J., who spent a decade as a featured vocalist with Prince’s legendary New Power Generation. She returns to Epicurus to reimagine timeless soul classics alongside beloved Prince songs in an intimate, high-energy performance.

Adding a unique culinary dimension, Prince’s longtime personal chefs, Ray and Juell Roberts, travel from Minneapolis to collaborate with Epicurus Head Chef Xavier Fays on a, Prince-inspired multi-course tasting menu. Having prepared meals for Prince at Paisley Park, his private residences, and exclusive VIP events, Ray and Juell bring intimate stories and firsthand knowledge of his tastes, preferences, and daily rituals. Together with Chef Fays, they reinterpret the dishes Prince loved - and loved to serve his guests - through Epicurus’ modern, imaginative kitchen, blending nostalgia with contemporary gastronomy.

Throughout the dinner, Ray and Juell will share personal anecdotes from their four years in Prince’s inner circle, offering guests a rare glimpse into the private world behind the icon.
