Camille Sledge sings Aretha Franklin

– A Tour-de-Force Tribute to the Queen of Soul

APPEARING MAY 21 THROUGH JUNE 7, 2025

The dynamic and masterful vocalist Camille Sledge returns to Copenhagen for the first time in years. This show, originally curated and produced for her by the Niels Lan Doky International Jazz Collective, achieved tremendous success in both London and Copenhagen. Camille is one of those rare artists who instantly owns the stage and captivates the audience from the very first note. As the daughter of music legend Debbie Sledge (of Sister Sledge), whose hit ‘We Are Family’ remains an iconic anthem, Camille grew up immersed in black American music royalty. Her artistry spans soul, jazz, R&B, and pop, making her uniquely suited to honor the legendary Aretha Franklin.
