The Epicurus Cocktail Experience
At Epicurus, cocktails are crafted to complement the rhythm of the music and the flavors of the food. Rooted in seasonality and precision, our approach captures the essence of Denmark. Each drink blends fresh ingredients from local farms and foragers with curated teas and aromatic spices, carefully chosen to enhance the overall experience.
Rather than organizing our menu by spirit, our cocktails are defined by their flavor and feel—each one built around two to three distinctive taste notes. The result is a collection of drinks that feel layered yet easy to enjoy. They’re slightly drier than classic cocktails, with an alcohol content of 12–18%.
Behind the bar, everything is prepared with care to ensure each cocktail is served with consistency and elegance, allowing the service to flow smoothly without interrupting the music. Each drink reflects the spirit of Epicurus—thoughtful, balanced, and designed to be enjoyed in the moment.
The Wine Selection
Curated in collaboration with Seier Wine, the downstairs bar at Epicurus presents its own exclusive a world-class wine selection. Our cellar features an extensive collection of exceptional French, Italian, and American wines—each chosen for its flavor, structure, and ability to complement the overall experience. From light, crisp whites to bold, expressive reds, every bottle is selected to pair naturally with the flavors on the plate and the atmosphere of live jazz. It’s a wine program designed to feel thoughtful, balanced, and easy to enjoy.

After 20:00, access to the bar at Epicurus is reserved for guests aged 18 and over.
Walk-ins welcome after 22:30 on weekends, if seats are available.
